Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology and business transformation projects across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and RAID logs
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes
• Facilitate regular status meetings, standups, and steering committee updates
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned through clear communication
• Monitor project KPIs and report on progress to senior leadership
• Ensure documentation and compliance with internal PMO standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management (Agile and Waterfall)
• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in IT, software development, or digital transformation is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other PPM tools
• Previous experience in client-facing or vendor management roles
